Day 15 - The Dusts of Moab
140 miles (60 offroad). We slept in River Canyon Lodge, Moab (**).
After waking in Black Dragon Canyon, our first job was to get water (we only about a liter left). Sam rode to the nearest town for that. Next, we had to start the KLR, which had a dead battery. Fortunately, a crew of riders turned up just in time, and gave us a push-start. Then we headed for Green River, the Gemini Bridges, Moab, and Arches National Park.
Jon: I was exhausted after the previous day's riding. Sam, after making sure I was basically OK, left me alone to figure it out on my own. I didn't have a choice but to keep riding.
